On writings, minutes of minutes and other social documents and at the request of Don Gustavo Winter, the following ends:
- That the company was constituted by writing on August 19, 1926 by the following gentlemen: Excellent gentlemen Mr. Antonio Goicoechea, Marqués de la Frontera and Conde de Limpias and gentlemen Mr. Gustavo Winter, Mr. Manuel de la Muela and Mr. Eduardo Morales.
