On May 8, 1945, in compliance with the Bretton Woods agreements, the Spanish law on requisitioning property from German subjects came into force. For this reason, the ACSA company, since Gustav Winter was one of the main partners, was affected by the Foreign Assets Blocking Service. At the end of 1946 she was "excepted from said immobilization"
